Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Dallas at Preston, an IHG Hotel

If you need something in north Dallas, I highly recommend it. I booked it since it was cheap and close to my meeting and I was pleasantly surprised. The bedding was super comfortable. It was likely all cotton and the pillows came in two varieties (the pillow cases were marked accordingly). The hot breakfast was typical hotel fare, but there were 4 hot items plus oatmeal and fresh pancakes (from a machine). Internet was fine and I was able to get a late checkout and do a webinar from their little office in the lobby. Staff was super nice too. I was able to get everywhere I needed via public transportation- that’s so much nicer than the hassle of renting a car for a short trip!

Nice facility in a good location

Checked out in the middle of the night due to safety concerns and lack of fresh air.

The front staff was very accommodating by being flexible to allow us a late check-out time as we completed the Dallas BMW marathon allowing extra time to return and shower after the original check-out time. Great staff!

The indoor pool was not available but I did get a free nights stay for that inconvenience. Thanks
